"Israel" continues its deadly war on Gaza, with 65,382 killed and 166,985 wounded as the invasion of Gaza City leaves devastation across the Strip.

The death toll in Gaza continues to surge, nearing 65,500 killed by "Israel" during its brutal war on the Strip, with the invasion of Gaza City underway in a bid to take over the territory and occupy it.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent in the Gaza Strip reported on Tuesday that 19 Palestinians, including 15 in Gaza City, have been martyred by Israeli occupation forces' gunfire since dawn.
In detail, an Israeli airstrike on a house in the al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City, killed five people, including three children, with others reported missing. An Israeli strike on a displacement tent in the central town of Az-Zawaida also killed two people and injured others.
ِOur correspondent additionally reported an airstrike targeting the coastal refugee camp, leaving several people martyred and wounded. Also at sea, two Palestinian fishermen were killed by Israeli fire in the sea facing Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
Gaza death toll passes 65,000
In 24 hours, hospitals in Gaza received 38 martyrs and 190 wounded, according to the Gaza Ministry of Health, which noted that several victims remain buried under the rubble as rescue teams are unable to reach them.
This brings the total death toll in Gaza to 65,382 martyrs, in addition to 166,985 wounded since the war began on October 7, as of September 23, 2025. Since the resumption of the war on March 18, the death toll has reached 12,823, in addition to 54,944 wounded.
When it comes to those killed while looking for humanitarian aid, three Palestinians were martyred and 15 others were injured, bringing the total toll of aid site massacres to 2,526 martyrs and over 18,511 wounded.
Trump to unveil Gaza plan
While Palestinians continue to face a brutal genocide in Gaza, US President Donald Trump has stated he will unveil his plans for Gaza to a group of Arab and Muslim leaders on Tuesday.
On September 23, US President Donald Trump will present a group of Arab and Muslim leaders with his most concrete proposal yet for post-war Gaza, a plan outlining principles to end the war, secure an Israeli withdrawal, and establish Hamas-free governance in the enclave.
According to Axios, the meeting's participants will include senior officials from Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, Indonesia, and Pakistan. The discussions are expected to cover the release of Israeli captives, the withdrawal of occupation forces, and the mechanisms for governance during the transition period.
Washington is pushing for Arab and Muslim states to commit troops to a proposed peacekeeping force in Gaza to enable an Israeli withdrawal while also seeking financial pledges from them for reconstruction and to support the enclave's transitional administration.
