The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) shot a Palestinian woman in the Tal al-Sultan neighborhood in westernmost Rafah in the Gaza Strip, according to Al Mayadeen's correspondent.

It is worth noting that 12,316 women were killed by the IOF in Gaza, the head of the Government Media Office in Gaza, Salama Maarouf, said on  Saturday, reminding the international community—on the occasion of International Women’s Day—of the massacres committed by the Israeli occupation.

Israeli military vehicles also opened fire at the easternmost area in the town of al-Fukhari in Khan Younis, in yet another violation of the ceasefire agreement established on January 19, 2025.

Gaza Health reports 69 martyrs from Israeli massacres in 24 hours

The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip updated the death toll resulting from the Israeli genocide to 48,467 martyrs and 111,913 injured since October 7, 2023.

In its daily statistical report, the ministry recorded the arrival of nine martyrs, five of whom were retrieved from beneath the rubble, while four were recently killed, and 16 injuries at hospitals across the Strip over the past 24 hours.

Gaza's attempts to recover from the war have been consistently challenged by Israeli violations. On Sunday, Israeli Energy Minister Eli Cohen announced that he has given orders to cut the electricity supply to Gaza, a week after the occupation blocked all humanitarian aid from the Strip.

"I have just signed the order to stop supplying electricity immediately to the Gaza Strip," Eli Cohen announced in a video address, emphasizing that "Israel" will "use all the tools at our disposal to bring back the hostages and ensure that Hamas is no longer in Gaza the day after [the war]."
