Martyrs and injured in Gaza City on 261st day of war
For the 261st day in a row, the Israeli occupation continued its aggression against the Gaza Strip, which led to more martyrs and several injuries.
The Israeli occupation persisted in its aggression against the Gaza Strip for the 261st consecutive day, perpetrating additional massacres against families and civilians, resulting in more casualties and injuries.
At least five Palestinians were martyred and several others wounded in the early hours of Sunday due to Israeli airstrikes and artillery bombardments targeting the central and western parts of Gaza City.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent stated that three Palestinians were martyred and others were injured, including children and women, in an Israeli air strike that targeted a residential building near the al-Jawhara Tower in the center of Gaza City. Two Palestinians were also martyred and others injured in a similar Israeli raid that targeted a house in the Beach Camp, west of the city.
The occupation forces' artillery targeted the northern area near the power station in al-Nuseirat, located in the central Gaza Strip.
The al-Zaytoun neighborhood, south of Gaza City, witnessed violent confrontations, coinciding with Quadcopter drones firing on the town of al-Qarara, north of Khan Younis. Furthermore, the occupation forces' artillery heavily targeted the Tal al-Saudi neighborhood west of Rafah city, located in the southern Gaza Strip. According to our correspondent's report, residential buildings in the Brazil neighborhood south of the city were ruthlessly destroyed by the occupying forces.

Severe humanitarian catastrophe in north Gaza
According to the Government Information Office in Gaza, the northern Gaza Strip is in the midst of a severe humanitarian catastrophe caused by the ongoing genocidal war. The office stresses that the occupation's primary aim is to destroy any semblance of normal life in Gaza.
The government office also highlighted ongoing efforts to restore wells to ensure a reliable supply of drinkable water amid the crisis.
More than 60 displaced individuals at a shelter in Beit Lahia, located in the northern Gaza Strip, suffered from poisoning due to inadequate nutrition and consuming food unsuitable for human consumption.
The government office stated that they are awaiting the findings of an investigation by the Ministry of Health regarding the causes of the poisoning incidents at al-Shaima School in Beit Lahia. They emphasized that the occupation forces are responsible for these cases, which persist in closing the Rafah crossing.
IOF blow up residential buildings in four neighborhoods
The occupation forces targeted on Saturday four neighborhoods in Gaza City: Beach Camp, al-Tuffah Neighborhood, al-Shuja’iya Neighborhood, and al-Zeitoun Neighborhood, and “leveled several buildings to the ground.”
The number of martyrs as a result of the Israeli bombing of those neighborhoods rose to 43 martyrs, in addition to dozens of injuries. Meanwhile, the Director General of the Ministry of Health in Gaza has confirmed a severe shortage of fuel and essential supplies, particularly in hospitals across the Strip.
According to the Ministry of Health, in a preliminary count, the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 7 has reached 37,551 martyrs, with 85,911 wounded.
