Real Madrid Teams Up with Adobe To Create Immersive Experience for Fans
Adobe would aid the Spanish football club to create further customized online experiences.
In a unique move, Spanish football club Real Madrid has partnered with Adobe to create a new form of interaction with the fans.
The main project on which the partnership seems to be focused on now is bringing the club's Santiago Bernabeu stadium to a global audience by transforming it into a virtual destination. This would allow the fans to tour it through an immersive experience from the comfort of their own homes.
Furthermore, through the creation of real-time, unified customer profiles, Adobe would aid the club to understand when and how fans engage with the brand, in addition to which channel they're using. This would, in turn, allow Real Madrid to create personalized ads.
According to Real Madrid CTO Michael Sutherland, "Adobe helps us balance data and privacy in a way that lets us get to know our fans better through earned trust, and by delivering them the products and services they desire."
The royal club will also increase the speed of its business and consumer growth in omnichannel trading and commerce, in order to elevate the value of its brand sponsors and partners by aiding them open new revenue streams.
