New UK law enables ministers to commit crimes overseas

It is like the killing, stealing, and torturing by British authorities for hundreds of years was not enough for such a bill to emerge now, legitimizing overseas murder... as if Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, and Yemen have not had enough.
