A recent Israeli Channel 12 survey highlighted growing public discontent with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s leadership during the war on Lebanon.
64% of respondents expressed distrust in his management, while 54% support negotiating a ceasefire to end the aggression, with only 24% opposing one.
The poll also revealed a sharp public demand for accountability, with 79% calling for a commission of inquiry into the events of October 7, 2023.
Meanwhile, alternative leadership preferences show Netanyahu losing ground to Naftali Bennett, who garnered 38% support compared to Netanyahu’s 34%.
