Israeli aggression on Lebanon's health sector - 11 months in numbers
On Saturday, Dr. Firas al-Abiad, Lebanon's Caretaker Minister of Public Health, revealed that Israeli attacks have killed 27 paramedics and injured 94 medical personnel in Lebanon. He also reported that since these attacks began on October 8, 2023, 21 medical facilities have been targeted, and 32 ambulances and firefighting vehicles have been destroyed. In a statement, Dr. al-Abiad strongly condemned "Israel's" targeting of the Lebanese Civil Defense, which was engaged in a humanitarian effort to mitigate the damage caused by fires ignited by the ongoing Israeli strikes on South Lebanon's villages.
