Where did Russian fossil fuel go since the beginning of the war?

One year after the beginning of the war in Ukraine, Russian fossil fuel is still favorable, as countries continue to import it. Notably, 13 of the top 20 countries that continue to import fossil fuels from Moscow are EU countries.
