Sheikh Qassem: The next phase of housing and reconstruction is a promise made by Sayyed Nasrallah; this is a commitment we will uphold, and so we saw fit to call this campaign "Promise and Commitment".

Sheikh Qassem: Regarding displacement, we have contributed [in easing suffering of families] by providing families with material aid through volunteer committees despite difficult circumstances.

Sheikh Qassem to displaced Lebanese: Thank you for your sacrifices, and thank you to forces that hosted the displaced, which was an exemplary model of citizenship in Lebanon.

Sheikh Qassem: "Israel" has nothing to do with our relation with Lebanese interior and Army.

Sheikh Qassem: More than 60 violations of the ceasefire have been recorded, we consider that Lebanese government is responsible for following up on violations with agreement's oversight committee.

Sheikh Qassem: Relevant issues included in Resolution 1701 have their own mechanisms, and include Lebanon's recovery of its borders within a set period.

Sheikh Qassem: The agreement which we agreed to is one that pertains to the south of the Litani River.

Sheikh Qassem: We agreed to the ceasefire to end the aggression which is an executive mechanism for Resolution 1701; this is not a new agreement.

Sheikh Qassem: Our Resistance will persevere, and will grow more stellar.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent: The Israeli attacks on the outskirts of the Lebanese border continued until dawn.
