Reality far from what Western msm promotes: Italian tourists in Syria
The government works to facilitate the arrival of tourist groups, letting them know about the reality of what is going on and to convey the correct image of their communities.
A 26-person Italian team of tourists that was interested in art, culture, history, and society spent two days in Aleppo.
The delegation was given a briefing on public life, the effects of the western blockade, conflict, and the earthquake that occurred on February 6th during the tour of Aleppo city's ancient and tourist attractions.
"The governmental and bodies concerned are working to facilitate the arrival of the tourist groups and let them know about the reality of what is going on and to convey the correct image of their communities," Head of the Tourism Chamber in the northern region, Talal Khudir, said in a statement.
As a cultural heritage for all people, Syria provides visitors with a wide range of amenities, including border crossings and monuments, and historical sites.
