The agreement states the handing over of light and medium weapons, the establishment of Syrian army posts in the neighborhoods of Daraa al-Balad, and the opening of the road in the direction of the city center.

Local sources confirmed that the gunmen handed over only a small part of their weapons, while the security authorities implemented a direct settlement clause for tenths of wanted people in security cases without arresting any of them.
