Monthly Iraqi Oil Exports Reach $6.5 Billion
In a statement, the Iraqi Ministry of Oil has announced that Iraq exported more than 90 million barrels of oil in the past month, while Kirkuk's exports surpassed 3 million barrels.
The Iraqi Ministry of oil revealed, on Sunday, the total amount of exported crude oil during the month of July.
According to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), the Ministry revealed that Iraq exported more than 90 million barrels of oil during the past month, with total revenue of $6.5 billion, averaging 2.9 million barrels daily at $72 per barrel.
According to the reports, oil exports from the country's central and southern areas amounted to 87.45 million barrels, while Kirkuk's exports were around 3 million barrels.
According to the results of a survey by "Reuters", OPEC countries increased their oil production in July, recording the highest level since April 2020, as producers continue to ease the production restrictions.
The "Reuters" survey also indicated that the OPEC countries produced 26.72 million barrels daily, with an increase of 610,000 barrels compared to the previous month.
