Irina Yarovaya, the Deputy Speaker of Duma, announced that a parliamentary investigation revealed evidence that a possible biological sabotage operation was carried out in the People's Republic of Lugansk.
Recently, the head of the Russian Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing said there are more than 300 US-funded civilian and military biological laboratories in the world, hinting that they are particularly concentrated in Ukraine. The funders, according to documents provided by the Russian Ministry of Defense, are Hunter Biden and his investment fund, Rosemont Seneca, and George Soros and his notorious Open Society Foundation.
On a virtual meeting on Saturday, Yarovaya said, according to a statement published by State Duma: “We can speak with confidence that we have found new information confirming the practice of dangerous activities by the Ukrainian regime, in cooperation with the United States, within a biological program."
The meeting was held with representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Lugansk republic.
She added that banknotes contaminated with biological material were found near a school in November, 2020. Yarovaya described the incident as "bioterrorism," pointing out the danger of leaving these contaminated banknotes in the vicinity of an educational institution, intended for children curious to touch everything with their hands and then their mouths will increase the risk of infection.

The Deputy Speakerpointed out that this meant that it was nothing but a sabotage operation, and only efforts by high-level law enforcement agencies in Lugansk made it possible to avert the catastrophe.
Yarovaya is the co-chair of the Parliamentary Commission on investigation into the activities of Washington's Biological Laboratories in Ukraine.
Russia and State Duma have recently approved the formation of a joint committee to conduct an official investigation into the biological activities that Moscow accuses the US Department of Defense of in Ukraine.
Russia releases documents on US-funded bio-weapons
The Russian Defense Ministry has exacerbated an already flared scandal of Hunter Biden's connection and correspondence with employees of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and Pentagon contractors in Ukraine.
Hunter played a significant role in paving the way for a financial opportunity for a pathogen to work in Ukraine, raising funds for Black & Veatch and Metabiota, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
Investors in the biological facilities in Ukraine are Hunter Biden, Rosemont Seneca, and George Soros and his Open Society Foundations.
The Pentagon, the headquarters for the United States Defense Department, issued contracts with a number of labs, such as Metabiota, Black & Veatch, and CH2M Hill.
As per the documents, US specialists were making drones that can carry poisonous radioactive and narcotic substances.
