Gas cylinder explosion in Iraq results in 6 dead, 30 wounded
Several houses and vehicles were destroyed as a result of the explosion.
Local authorities reported that six people died and another 30 were wounded due to a gas cylinder explosion in the northern Iraqi city of Sulaimaniya on Thursday.
At least three houses were completely destroyed, including five vehicles, with numbers expected to increase as police investigate the area.
The gas cylinder was installed on the rooftop of one of the houses, the police say.
Several other buildings were damaged as a result of the explosion.

Authorities said emergency services managed to contain the fire, and they are still searching for missing people who are still trapped in the collapsed homes.
The death toll is expected to rise in the coming hours, health officials said.
