US media report about a hostage situation in a synagogue in Colleyville, Texas, during prayers today. Al Mayadeen correspondent indicates that there are no official details about the motives.
US media reported that authorities are conducting negotiations with a person who is reported to be holding hostages at a synagogue in Colville, Texas, during prayers on Saturday.
The director of Al Mayadeen's office in Washington said that "there are no official details about the hostage-taker's motives so far."

Fort Worth Star-Telegram Texas-based newspaper, quoting local media, reported that members of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Texas Public Safety Department are present at the scene.

The Colleyville Police Department stated they are conducting special weapons and tactics (SWAT) operations in the area where the Beth "Israel" Temple complex is located. The police department added on Twitter that all residents in the area are being evacuated.
We are currently conducting SWAT operations around the 6100 block of Pleasant Run Rd. All residents in the immediate area are being evacuated. Please avoid the area.

The Dallas Morning News reported that Colleyville Police Sergeant Dara Nelson said negotiators had made contact with someone inside the synagogue he believed is a suspect.
