'Israel' commits massacre by striking UNRWA school as people slept
The death toll from the UNRWA al-Sardi school massacre has reached 30, with the number still expected to rise according to sources in the Gaza Strip, Palestine.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent in the Gaza Strip, citing medical sources, reported that 32 Palestinians were killed and dozens were injured after the Israeli occupation deliberately hit an UNRWA school sheltering displaced individuals in the Camp 2 area in Nuseirat, central Gaza Strip with an airstrike.
The correspondent stated that the occupation fighter jets committed this massacre after midnight, adding that the al-Sardi School, which was bombed, shelters displaced Palestinians.
The Gaza government media office issued a statement following the bombing of the school noting that the expectations of the death toll rising were significant due to the large number of severely injured Palestinians.
The Gaza government media office held the "Israeli occupation and the US administration fully responsible for the crimes against humanity committed against Palestinians in Gaza."
Furthermore, Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that the occupation's artillery resumed shelling east of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza, while the occupation has intensified its airstrikes and artillery shelling in central Gaza for several hours.
In turn, the Israeli Occupation Forces announced that the targeting of the refugee-filled UNRWA school was deliberate, claiming it was a coordinated attack involving the Air Force, intelligence, and Shin Bet. The occupation completely disregarded the human and civilian losses among the Palestinian refugees sheltering at the school once again attempting to veil their genocide under the guise of collateral damage.
Day 243: 36,586 killed, 83,074 injured in Gaza

Additionally, it confirmed that the Israeli occupation forces committed seven massacres across four different families in the Gaza Strip, killing 36 and injuring 115 in the past 24 hours.
The ministry stressed that thousands of victims remain trapped under the rubble on the streets as the Israeli occupation forces continue to deliberately prevent ambulances and civil defense crews from reaching them.
