'Israel' knows it can't end Resistance, resorts to killing civilians
Palestinian Resistance affairs expert Hani al-Dali says to Al Mayadeen that Abu Hamza's speech conveys a direct message to the Israeli PM that only the Resistance decides on the "day after" the Gaza war.
The spokesperson for al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine, announced earlier today that Operation Al-Aqsa Flood will continue on the basis of the Unity of the Battlefields in Gaza, the West Bank, Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen, and Syria.
Abu Hamza called on the Arab and Islamic nations "to break the silence" and "let Ramadan be a month of terror and panic for the Israeli entity."
He also called on "the Palestinian people in the West Bank, al-Quds, and the [1948 occupied territores] to carry out operations against Israeli military checkpoints and block the roads on settlers," calling for the "first day of Ramadan to be a global day of support for Gaza, with massive mobilization across all fields and arenas."

Speaking to Al Mayadeen, the Palestinian Resistance affairs expert Hani al-Dali commented on Abu Hamza's video address, noting that his speech comes in the context of Palestinian Resistance preparations for what is being dubbed "Ramadan Flood", noting that "there is an unusual mobilization in this context."

He added that "all Palestinian Resistance factions have been calling for mass mobilization, especially during the month of Ramadan," and therefore, "Israel, the United States, and their proxies in the region are making great efforts to thwart these calls."
"There are many indicators confirming that Ramadan will pose a real threat and danger to the Israeli occupation entity, especially from the West Bank and the 1948 occupied territories," al-Dali pointed out.
The United States will also be affected by the continuation of the war during the holy month of Ramadan, he said, adding that this includes [threats to] its interests in the region and public outrage in Western nations against Washington and other governments participating in this genocide. There are indications that popular movements will also include Egypt and Jordan, he continued.

Resistance messages to Netanyahu
Furthermore, al-Dali explained that Abu Hamza's speech confirms "that the leadership of the Palestinian Resistance is still cohesive, resilient, and managing the battlefield, united and with high efficiency."
He added that the spokesperson for al-Quds Brigades "conveyed a clear message to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu," that "all his statements are mere media nonsense and do not reflect reality."
The Resistance in Gaza and the West Bank still maintain control over the course of events on the battleground, he said, confirming that the "issue of captives remains in its [the Resistance's] hands."
Commenting on Netanyahu's "post-war" plan for Gaza released earlier, al-Dali said that this is for the Resistance to decide and not "Israel".
"The Resistance will not accept negotiations only on humanitarian files in return for a prisoner swap," the expert said, confirming that this battle "comes with a price and political consequences" on the Israeli PM.

Regarding negotiations, al-Dali stated that "there is no progress in the negotiation process due to Israeli intransigence, as Netanyahu has no intention of moving forward in that aspect because he knows that giving in to the conditions of the Resistance means the end of his political path," pointing out that "this is why he will move to the Rafah invasion."
"Israelis realize that they can't eliminate the Palestinian Resistance, so they resort to pressuring the Palestinian Resistance by targeting [civilians]."
Al-Dali said that "targeting the area near Egypt in Rafah is a message to Cairo as well, which clearly conveys that Israel does not respect the Egyptian sovereignty or national security" and that the occupation entity insists on a ground attack on the city of Rafah with its 1.4 million population.
