'Israel' starves another child to death, children starved now at 16
A child has starved to death in Gaza's Al-Najjar Hospital, as "Israel" continues to employ its war tactic of intentional starvation being used against Palestinians in the Strip.
Medical sources announced the martyrdom of a child in Abu Youssef Al-Najjar Hospital in Rafah due to malnutrition and the absence of adequate treatment, in the war of starvation 'Israel' has imposed on Gaza.

This raises the number of children martyred due to malnutrition and starvation to 16.
The spokesperson for the Ministry of Health in Gaza, Ashraf Al-Qudra, announced on Sunday that 15 Palestinian children have died due to malnutrition and dehydration in Kamal Adwan Hospital north of Gaza.
He further expressed concern over the lives and well-being of another six children in the Intensive Care Unit at Kamal Adwan Hospital who are also suffering from malnutrition and dehydration amid the shutdown of the electric generator and oxygen.
1 in 6 toddlers in North Gaza acutely malnourished: UN
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres stated that in northern Gaza, one out of every six children under the age of two is severely malnourished. He urged for an "urgent humanitarian ceasefire," emphasizing it as the sole means to enhance the distribution of aid to those in dire need.
The ongoing Israeli genocide against Palestinians in Gaza has derailed any humanitarian effort to avert a famine in parts of the battered territory, most notably northern Gaza, with senior aid officials describing an “incredible level of desperation” as food supplies run out.
“In most cases, when food does get taken directly from convoys, it’s because of utter desperation, with people even eating it on the spot,” said Jonathan Fowler, a spokesperson for the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), as reported by The Guardian.
Aid organizations reported that there might be localized "pockets of famine" in Gaza, as hundreds of thousands of families reside in the remnants of their destroyed residences with minimal functioning infrastructure.
“We’ve had to make the impossible choice to pause aid distributions in northern Gaza. There’s an incredible level of desperation against the backdrop of immense humanitarian need. A famine doesn’t have to happen. But if things don’t change, it will,” said Cindy McCain, the WFP’s executive director, in a post on X.
Michael Fakhri, the #UN special rapporteur on the right to food, asserts that "intentionally depriving people of food is clearly a war crime. "Israel" has announced its intention to destroy the #Palestinian people, in whole or in part, simply for being Palestinian."
