'Israel' violating ceasefire, preventing return to North Gaza: Hamas
The Gaza Government Media Office stated that "the Israeli occupation continues to evade its commitments under the ceasefire agreement."
The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, is monitoring, through mediators, the Israeli occupation's prevention of displaced persons from returning from southern to northern Gaza, which constitutes a violation and breach of the ceasefire agreement.
In a statement addressing Israeli violations of the agreement, Hamas pointed out that "Israel" is stalling the implementation of the agreement under the pretext of the Israeli captive Arbel Yehud, despite the fact that "the movement has informed mediators that she is alive and has provided all necessary guarantees for her release."
The Palestinian group held the Israeli occupation responsible for the delays in implementing the agreement, emphasizing, "We are working responsibly with mediators to reach a solution that ensures the return of the displaced."
The Times of Israel cited a diplomatic source as saying that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu "stands firm on the decision he made not to allow the passage of Gazans northward through the Netzarim Corridor — until the issue of the return of Arbel Yehud is resolved."

'Israel' responsible for consequences of its non-compliance: Gaza Government Media Office
In a separate statement on Sunday, the Gaza Government Media Office stated that "the Israeli occupation continues to evade its commitments under the ceasefire agreement" and "persists in procrastination, obstruction, and disruption of the agreed obligations."
The statement indicated that this clear evasion of the agreement "reflects the true nature of Israeli policies rooted in arrogance and a lack of credibility."
The Media Office described this behavior as "a blatant disregard for the efforts to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people," holding the occupation fully accountable for "the severe humanitarian consequences resulting from its obstinacy and refusal to adhere to its commitments."
The statement called on mediators, as well as regional and international sponsors of the agreement, to apply immediate pressure on the occupation to compel it to respect its commitments in the face of actions that constitute a flagrant violation of international laws and norms.
Israeli violations of Gaza ceasefire continue
Meanwhile, Israeli occupation forces continue to flagrantly violate the ceasefire agreement. On Sunday, they opened fire on Palestinians gathered near the Netzarim checkpoint as they attempted to return to northern Gaza.
Al-Awda Hospital reported the arrival of five injured individuals, including a child from the west of the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, as a result of Israeli gunfire.
Al Mayadeen’s correspondent in Gaza also reported that one Palestinian was killed near Martyrs’ Square in the center of Rafah, southern Gaza.
Israeli bulldozers were conducting demolitions around the central market in the al-Shaboura refugee camp in Rafah, our correspondent added.
