'We behold you crafting your own victory': Hamas to Palestinians
The Palestinian Resistance movement expresses pride in the Palestinian people in Gaza, who "have endured what no other nations could bear."
On the 231st day of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood Battle, Hamas' leadership addressed the Palestinian people in general and the residents of Gaza, in particular, with a heartfelt message.
The Palestinian Resistance movement expressed honor and pride in the Palestinian people in Gaza, who "have endured what no other nations could bear."
It emphasized that the people of Gaza remain resilient, teaching the world the true meanings of patience, patriotism, and sacrifice for the sake of the dignity of their homeland, despite abandonment and silence that left them to face this brutal war on their own.
Hamas highlighted the support of Gaza's residents for the Resistance, affirming that this Resistance emerged from these people's suffering and sacrifices and fought with honor and bravery.
"We behold you crafting your own victory," the movement told the people of Gaza.
The Resistance group said that it is working on multiple levels and fighting on all fronts along with other Palestinian factions, striving "to offer a little for the people of Gaza" and "correcting paths to avoid missteps and errors caused by the ongoing Israeli genocide."
Hamas emphasized its efforts through emergency committees to correct governmental, relief, humanitarian, security, and economic actions, acknowledging its successes and mistakes and exhibiting commitment to pursuing work to this end.
It also extended a special message to the women of Palestine, calling them "the best among women on this earth and the symbol of victory" and expressing gratitude, appreciation, and respect for them.
In its message, Hamas declared that Operation Al-Aqsa Flood represented a strategic shift at a critical historical moment in the Palestinian cause.
The movement explained that the Resistance leadership in Gaza had decided at this moment, while under siege, to exercise its right to resist the occupation, responding to its crimes in the West Bank, such as dividing the occupied territory and establishing settlements.
Operation Al-Aqsa Flood also came as a response to the Judaization and division of the al-Aqsa Mosque and the complete control over occupied al-Quds, its mosques, and churches, Hamas added.
The Palestinian Resistance movement affirmed that the battle came as a reaction to the Israeli occupation's discriminatory practices against Palestinians in the 1948 occupied territories, the continuous aggression against detainees, and "Israel's" expansion and presence in the region.
In its statement, Hamas stressed that the occupation “showed its true colors to the entire world with its Nazi-like behavior and exposed the true nature of criminality and terrorism of its diminishing entity, which the movement [Hamas] would not have been able to do even if it tried for many years.”
The movement addressed the Israeli occupation, asking, “Can you just stand there for one moment in your occupation sites or continue your ground operations safely? Can you build fortifications to protect you from our resistance or live a moment of safety in our country?”
Hamas concluded its message by saying, “We will not answer you, as our answer will be delivered via our actions and not mere words.”
