Martyr Soleimani's family urges Iranians to vote
The family of martyr Qassem Soleimani calls on the Iranian people to participate in the upcoming presidential elections, considering it "a manifestation of religious democracy."
The family of martyr General Qassem Soleimani urged Iranians to vote in large numbers in the upcoming presidential elections.
In a statement, the family of martyr General Qassem Soleimani described the upcoming Iranian presidential election as "a demonstration of religious democracy".
"Martyr Soleimani spent more than forty years sacrificing his life for the sake of Islam and Iran," the statement said.
"The eyes of devotees of the Islamic Revolution and the glorious front of resistance are turning towards Iran, while the eyes of the enemies are simultaneously watching the country's progress and advancement," the message read.
Furthermore, they urged Iranians to participate fully in the elections, describing it as protection for the Islamic Republic's administration. Presidential elections are scheduled to be held in Iran on 18 June 2021. It will be the 13th presidential election in Iran.
