"Israel", Morocco Participate in Joint Military Exercises
Israeli media reports that a Morrocan Air Force military cargo plane landed at the "Hatzor" Israeli Air Force base.
Israeli media revealed today, Sunday, that a Morrocan Air Force military cargo plane landed at the “Hatzor” Israeli Air Force airbase before the launch of major international military exercises this week.
According to the Israeli "Walla" website, several countries led by the United States are expected to participate in international military exercises.
The site reported documenting the Moroccan plane's landing this morning, Sunday, on plane tracking websites, noting that this is the first time that a Moroccan military plane lands in "Israel".
For his part, the Israeli army spokesman said, "The army is cooperating with a variety of foreign countries and armies while conducting exercises, senior meetings, research, and joint developments. We will not discuss cooperation with a country in particular."
According to the site, security cooperation between "Israel" and Morocco is a very politically sensitive issue.
It is worth noting that Tunisia, the UAE, Morocco, and Egypt are joining the "Naseem Al Bahr" naval maneuvers, which will be launched at the end of this month in the Black Sea, as participants or observers.
The list of countries participating includes the United States, Ukraine, Britain, "Israel", Albania, Australia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, France, Georgia, Greece, Italy, and Japan.
In addition to Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Senegal, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, and Turkey.
It is noteworthy that last December, Rabat, Tel Aviv, and Washington signed a tripartite agreement to establish relations between Morocco and "Israel," described by Moroccan Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita as "a road map that the three parties will work on during the next stage."
