The Israeli occupation authorities announced the seizure of thousands of dunams of lands from the towns of Qarawat Bani Hassan and Deir Istiya, west of Salfit.

The mayor of Qarawat Bani Hassan said that the targeted areas are estimated at thousands of dunams, while the municipality of Deir Istiya called on citizens to prepare identification papers to object to the decision in the Israeli courts.

This comes, while the occupation forces and their settlers continued their attacks in many areas of occupied Jerusalem (Al-Quds).

On Sunday, settlers stormed the land of a Jerusalemite family in the town of Silwan, where a Palestinian woman confronted them when they tried to install a staircase on her land under the protection of the occupation forces.

In Silwan, settlers tried to seize a number of the town's houses and social media users monitored the settlers' spread on the roofs of a number of town houses, under the protection of the occupation forces.

The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the murder of the young Mohammad Farid Ali Hassan at the hands of the Israeli occupation forces, while he was on the roof of his house in the town of Qusra, southeast of Nablus.

The ministry demanded that an investigation committee be formed to investigate the murder of the 21-year-old, who was shot in the chest.
