Palestinian youths confronted the occupation forces as they stormed the town of Silwan, by firing a barrage of fireworks at them, and targeted a sewage vehicle used to disperse the demonstrators.

Young men set fire to a pole of the occupation's surveillance cameras inside Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque, where a fire engine was called to put out the fire.

In the town of Beita, south of Nablus in the West Bank, young men seized tear gas canisters after the occupation soldiers left them and ran away while being trapped inside a house.

The Wadi Hilweh Information Center in Al-Quds said that the 18-year-old Harbi Nidal Al-Rajabi was shot in the back on Friday evening while walking in the Be'er Ayoub neighborhood in Silwan town.

The center explained that the young man, Al-Rajabi, is undergoing surgery at Al-Makassed Hospital, during which the occupation forces stormed the hospital, and inspected the floors in search of the injured, and demanded the bullet that hit him.

He said that the young Harbi Al-Rajbi, who is diabetic, was arrested several times, the last of which was last month, and then was expelled from Al-Quds.

According to the center, a few days ago, the Israeli Occupation demolished the commercial facility of Nidal al-Rajabi in the Bustan neighborhood of Silwan.

Furthermore, the occupation stormed the Be’er Ayoub neighborhood street in Silwan, deploying its forces in several areas in the neighborhood.

They then prevented vehicles from passing through, during which the young men set fire to the CCTV poles in the neighborhood.

Eyewitnesses said that the occupation forces fired live bullets directly at the young men, and fired gas and stun grenades indiscriminately, targeting homes. Opposingly, the youths were throwing fireworks at the occupation forces in the neighborhood.

Yesterday, on Friday, the Palestinian Red Crescent announced that 126 civilians were injured, during confrontations with the Israeli occupation forces, on Jabal Sbeih in the town of Beita, south of Nablus.
