The Israeli occupation forces attacked a car on the road from Bab Al-Asbat to Damascus Gate Neighborhood in occupied Jerusalem, assaulting the two men who were in it before arresting them.

On Tuesday night, Al Mayadeen correspondent reported that an armed man opened fire on the occupation forces at the Qalandiya checkpoint in Jerusalem, leading to an injury among the ranks of the forces.

The person opened fire on the checkpoint while aboard a vehicle, and the shooting led to an Israeli soldier getting wounded in his hand.
The shooting comes as violent confrontations broke out in the northern city of Jenin between the city's residents and the occupation forces. The confrontations led to the injury of seven Palestinians.
Scores of settlers broke into the 'Tarsala' outpost near Jaba', Jenin, under the protection of the occupation forces while chanting anti-Arab and Islamophobic slurs.
