"Hamas" considered that "the opening of the UAE embassy within the Zionist entity is an insistence on the great sin committed against our Palestinian people and all the peoples of the region that fully reject all forms of dealing and normalization with the Zionist entity."

It also pointed out that "what is even more dangerous is the fact that this behavior by the UAE comes right after terrorist Zionist aggression on our people and its sacred sites, in which it committed massacres against defenseless civilians and destroyed houses over the heads of their residents, all under the hearing and sight of the whole world. This represents a dangerous downturn in the UAE political perspective, which would not only give an official cover for the crimes committed by the Zionist enemy against our Palestinian people but would also encourage it to commit more crimes and to move forward with its extremist racist Judaization projects. It won't be long before the normalizers discover the extent and seriousness of their crime against their people and the peoples of the region, and against their own sovereignty."

"Hamas" added, "We stress the need to stop this dangerous deterioration in the Emirati policies and to spare no effort in setting the course straight, as dictated by the religious, national, and moral responsibility the countries of the region should shoulder towards Palestine, its people and its sacred sites." It also stressed the need "to end all forms of dealing and normalization with the occupation."

For his part, the "Islamic Jihad Movement" Spokesman Tariq Salmi said, "It will be recorded in history that as the crimes of the occupation in al-Quds, the demolition of houses, and the storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque were aggravating, the Emirati rulers were rushing to open their embassy in 'Israel'."

Salmi added, "perhaps this embassy is built on the ruins of a house or land of a Palestinian family that was displaced or wiped out during the 1948 Nakba," stressing that "normalization and alliance with the enemy will stand as treason and crime, no matter how much the trumpets of falsehood try to justify normalization and the normalizers try to hide the truth."

In the same context, a member of the Fatah Central Committee Abbas Zaki said: "Mohammed bin Zayed is a traitor, and the UAE must be expelled from the Arab League."

This comes after the opening of the UAE Embassy, today, Wednesday, in "Tel Aviv", in the presence of the President of the Israeli occupation Isaac Herzog.

According to Herzog, "the opening of the Emirati embassy in 'Israel' is an important step in the course of the Israeli relations not only with the UAE but with the entire Middle East as well."
