After Normalization, Israeli Drones to Secure Dubai Expo
Israeli media revealed that Dubai Police have chosen a drone system from the Israeli company “Aerobotics”.
Police chose an Israeli drone company “Aerobatics” to help increase security and shorten emergency response times, according to the Israeli website “Israel Defense”.
Dubai chose the Aerobotics system shortly after the signing of the Abraham Accords between the UAE and 'Israel' last year, as a test case for the systematic integration of drones in security activities.
Dubai ruler Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum visited the Dubai Police Headquarters.
The website went on to say that “the Aerobotics system will be deployed at the start of the World Expo 2020 in October, stressing that the system will replace security personnel, with a fast and efficient autonomous drone fleet that can be deployed everywhere at a low cost.
Furthermore, Aerobotics drone systems are developed and manufactured in 'Israel', and have previously gained important operational experience in Australia, Singapore, and the United States, according to the Israeli company.
In the same context, the Israeli newspaper “Globes” revealed that drones will secure the participants in the Expo 2020 in Dubai.
