Al Mayadeen correspondent in Syria reported that "Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham” (“Organization for the Liberation of the Levant") has enhanced its military readiness on the fronts of Idlib and Aleppo, while "strong explosions were heard in the city of Aleppo, without knowing their cause."

The militants of "Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham” had targeted Syrian army positions in the countryside of Latakia and in several regions to the south of Idlib Province.

The militants bombarded the towns of Hazarin, Kafar Nubul, and Bsaqla to the south of Idlib Province, as well as the grain silos in Saraqeb to the east of the Province. They also attacked the Syrian army positions in Kansaba, in the northern Latakia Countryside.

The Syrian News Agency SANA correspondent in Aleppo reported that two rocket shells fell on a residential building’s roof in the Al-Shahbaa Al-Jadida neighborhood causing material damage. A source in Aleppo Police Command told SANA reporter that "the bombing most likely originated from the western Aleppo Countryside."

SANA agency also mentioned that a US drone targeted a transportation truck loaded with foodstuffs in the town of Al-Suway’iyah, in Al-Bukamal city in the southeastern Deir Ezzor Countryside. SANA added that the attack destroyed the truck, yet no casualties were reported.

Yesterday, Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad was sworn in for a new 7-year presidential term, where he assured the determination of Syria to retrieve all the lands occupied by armed groups backed by the US or Turkey, by every means possible.
