A New Israeli Aggression Targets Syria's Homs
The Syrian air defenses intercept an Israeli aggression on al-Dabaa Airport in the Homs countryside, and a Syrian military source says that the Israeli air attack was carried out from the northeast of the Lebanese capital, Beirut.
Al Mayadeen correspondent reported that the Syrian air defenses responded to a hostile missiles attack in the vicinity of the al-Dabaa military airport in the southwestern countryside of Homs. At the same time, Israeli military jets were flying over the Bekaa in eastern Lebanon.
A Syrian military source stated that the Israeli air attack was carried out from the northeast of the Lebanese capital, Beirut, and targeted positions in the al-Qusair area in the countryside of Homs.
He added that the air defenses intercepted and shot down most of the missiles and that the strike resulted in some material damage and no casualties.
On July 19, "SANA" news agency reported that the Syrian defenses responded to an Israeli aggression over the city of Al-Safira in the southeastern countryside of Aleppo.
