200 days of war leave Gaza devastated, rebuilding to take years: UNRWA
The Israeli regime claims to be considerate of civilian lives, but the death toll and the extent of the destruction are revealing otherwise.
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) stated on Tuesday that 200 days of war, Gaza is devastated with widespread destruction and critical infrastructure severely damaged, noting that it will take years to clear the debris and rebuild the embattled Strip.
"200 days into the war, destruction is everywhere in Gaza. Damage to critical infrastructure is immense. Over a million people have lost their homes and 75% of the population has been displaced. It will take years to remove the debris," the agency wrote on social media.
