In a shocking revelation, the top Russian body explains why the US chooses to build its covert biolabs abroad.

The US has more than 400 secret bio-laboratories around the world.

Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Alexander Venediktov revealed that the US network of closed biolaboratories around the world has more than 400 facilities, and their locations and zones of emergence of new epidemic threats coincide.

During a meeting with foreign ambassadors in Moscow on Wednesday, Venediktov added, “All Hitler’s research in the field of medicine and biological weapons fell into the hands of the Americans. Today we see that they are once again working against all of humanity. I mean, first of all, the closed US biological laboratories (military and civilian) created around the world. According to our estimates, this network includes over 400 objects.”

“There are a number of suspicious coincidences that are revealed when two maps are superimposed – the locations of American closed biological laboratories and the zones of the emergence of new epidemic threats that we identify,” Venediktov added.

The top Russian figure stressed that no nation has the right to create and store biological weapons as per the UN convention, adding that “at the same time, the United States has since managed to issue a number of legislative acts, as if removing any responsibility from Washington. For example, the Patriot Act, adopted in 2001, cancels restrictions on the handling of pathogens if such work is authorized by the government.”

Moreover, a “document-document” is the National Strategy for Combating Biological Threats, approved in 2009 by US President Barack Obama, he added.

“This strategy reinforces the US refusal to check the fulfillment of obligations under the UN Convention,” Venediktov detailed.

In a sickening revelation, the top Russian figure divulged that “Americans prefer that anyone other than US residents suffer from possible leaks because biological and bacteriological experiments are always dangerous.”

“Therefore, they create laboratories for the study and modification of especially dangerous pathogens in countries that they do not feel sorry for – and which are ready, like Ukraine, to fully open its scientific and technical complex as a sign of the so-called commitment to NATO values,” he added.

Back in 2019, the Secretary of the Russian Security Council said that there are good reasons to believe that biological weapons are being developed in US biological laboratories located around the world most notably in countries bordering Russia – Georgia, Ukraine, and others. He emphasized that these laboratories endanger the lives of tens of millions of people.

It is also worth mentioning that Igor Kirillov, the head of the radiation, chemical, and biological defense of the Russian armed forces, has lately reported that Russian forces found 30 biological laboratories in Ukraine, used to develop biological weapons.

As the Draconian Western-led sanctions on Russia exacerbate the economic crisis worldwide, and as Russian troops gain more ground despite the influx of military aid into Ukraine, exposing US direct involvement in bio-labs spread across Eastern Europe and the insurgence of neo-Nazi groups… How will things unfold?
