The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced the death of five Palestinian martyrs today in the West Bank, shot by the Israeli occupation.

The Ministry reported that the two young men, Mohammad Saadi al-Faroukh (22 years old) and Anas Ismail al-Faroukh (23 years old), were shot by the occupation forces in the Ras Al-Aroud area of Sa’ir. Mohammad was hit in the head and Anas in the chest.

They were promptly transferred to Al-Ahli Hospital in Al-Khalil and initially reported to be in serious condition. Unfortunately, their condition deteriorated, and they succumbed to their wounds.

That said, the death toll of West Bank citizens since the beginning of this year has now reached 467, including 259 individuals who lost their lives due to the occupation's aggression against the Gaza Strip, starting from the seventh of last October.

The IOF launched a series of raids into several areas in al-Quds and the West Bank, which were confronted by the Palestinian resistance.

In this context, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades - Al-Quds announced that its fighters were confronting the occupation forces in the Qalandia camp with heavy bullets and explosive devices.

In Balata in Nablus, the Brigades issued a statement calling on the masses in all cities in the West Bank to be armed and confront the Israeli occupation.  In Qalqilya, the resistance fighters detonated an explosive device at an occupation checkpoint.

Earlier today at dawn, Palestinian Resistance fighters repelled Israeli occupation forces' incursions into several areas in the occupied West Bank.

Palestinian media reported that Resistance fighters confronted the raiding forces storming the eastern neighborhood of Jenin city with explosive devices.
