After Al-Qawasmi, Calls To Rescue Palestinian Prisoners Abu Hawash and Al-Araj
The Palestinian Prisoner Club's lawyer, Jawad Boulos, stresses the need to intervene to save the prisoner, Hashem Abu Hawash, and warns of "the danger that threatens the life of the prisoner, Alaa al-Araj."
The lawyer of the Palestinian Prisoners Club, Jawad Boulos, confirmed that what happened in the case of the prisoner Miqdad al-Qawasmi is a clear indication of what may happen with the other prisoners in their battle against the occupation.
Boulos spoke to Al Mayadeen about the policy followed by the occupation, known as the policy of "finger-biting," which al-Qawasmi defeated. He stressed the need to intervene to save the prisoner Hashem Abu Hawash, and he warned about the dangers that threaten the life of the prisoner Alaa al-Araj.
The Prisoner's Club's lawyer further appealed to "the necessity of intervening to save the prisoner, Alaa al-Araj" due to his ill-health, praising at the same time "the heroic battle of the prisoners in the face of the Israeli jailer."

Prisoner Miqdad al-Qawasmi won a decisive victory on Thursday and ended his hunger strike that lasted 113 days, after an agreement was reached to release him next February.
In an interview for Al Mayadeen, Iman Badr, mother of al-Qawasmi, confirmed that her son was promised to be released without any extension of the administrative detention, stressing that he has won his righteous battle by all means and confronted the Israeli jailer.
For his part, Nahed al-Fakhoury, director of the Prisoners' Information Office, stated that the head of the higher leadership committee for Hamas prisoners and the body's foreign affairs official met al-Qawasmi and followed up on his health condition.
This comes at a time where 5 prisoners are continuing their open hunger strike in the Israeli occupation prisons, in protest of their administrative detention.
