The leader of the Yemeni Ansar Allah movement, Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, said, on Sunday, that "the hypocrites want to associate the nation with Jewish Zionists by using flashy titles, such as the shameful agreements known as the Abraham Accords."

Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi made the remarks while addressing a massive ceremony in the Yemeni capital Sanaa to mark Al-Ghadir Day, a key religious holiday that takes its name from Ghadir-Khom in Saudi Arabia, where Prophet Mohammed named Imam Ali as his successor.

Al-Houthi said that "Takfiris are one of the Zionists’ tools to prey on the nation."

He also noted that "the hypocrites eagerly mandated a person who is a symbol of normalization" to carry out one of the most important Hajj rites in Arafat, in reference to Sheikh Muhammad Al-Issa, Secretary General of the Muslim World League (MWL).

In light of Biden's visit to Saudi Arabia, Al-Houthi said that "Biden is now regarded by everyone as the leader of humanity having openly declared his affiliation to Zionism."

“The United States of America is subdued to the Zionist orientations, yet it is presented today as if it is the one leading the rest in their orientations and positions," he stressed.

The top Yemeni leader warned that the US has a tendency to mislead the nation in one of the most important issues: friend-enemy distinction.

"They made Israel’s enemy as the nation’s enemy," he continued, "so the US and Israel are the ones who define the nation’s enemy."

“This is a very dangerous deviation,” he tersely stated.

It is worth noting that the Yemeni Supreme Council condemned on Saturday "all attempts at normalization with the Israeli enemy," deeming normalization a "gross betrayal" of the nation and the Palestinian cause.

The Supreme Political Council of Yemen in a statement expressed rejection of "any outcomes of the US President's visit to the region that affect the sovereignty, security, and stability of Yemen."

The statement has also slammed the credibility of the US and Saudi Arabia, especially regarding their talks on peace, affirming that the US does not aim to alter its behavior toward Yemen and the region, which makes Biden's visit a subject of condemnation, denunciation, and rejection from the Yemeni people and all the free peoples in the world.
