Al-Kaabi: Military resistance shall persist until victory is achieved
The leader of al-Nujaba Movement reiterates the Islamic Resistance's unyielding will to fight US forces in the region.
The Secretary-General of al-Nujaba Movement in Iraq, Sheikh Akram al-Kaabi, lambasted Iraqi political parties and entities that have aligned themselves with the "American occupation" in a post he shared on social media platforms.

Sheikh al-Kaabi expressed his disdain spurring from the "outcries" of unnamed Iraqi entities whose voices rise as the Islamic Resistance in Iraq approaches "victory" in its battle against US forces in the region.
The leader of al-Nujaba Movement questioned the intentions of US allies in Iraq, saying, "Does the occupation (US military) not want to [withdraw from Iraq], or are [Iraqi entities] protecting this occupation by providing it with political cover?"
He also urged entities in opposition to the Islamic Resistance in Iraq to refrain from allying themselves with US forces, whom he called the "enemy of Iraq, your enemy, and ours."
Sheikh al-Kaabi affirmed the readiness of Islamic Resistance factions to push back and confront US forces in the region, emphasizing that the Resistance "will not retreat or compromise."
On December 17, Fox News reported that the number of attacks on US forces in Syria and Iraq has reached 100 distinct attacks in around two months. Iraqi Resistance factions are responsible for a majority of these operations, which targeted US military assets, in response to the US backing of the Israeli occupation's war on Gaza.
Iraqi Resistance factions have reiterated that they will not tolerate the US military presence in the country, which stems from its invasion of Iraq back in 2004, committing uncountable crimes and negatively affecting social and economic development, as well as regional security.
Earlier on November 1, Sheikh al-Kaabi made the position of the Islamic Resistance from US presence in Iraq blatantly clear, saying that the Resistance had set its mind on liberating Iraq, utilizing military means. "This is settled," he stressed.
