Al Mayadeen correspondent: 'Israel' behind strike on al-Qai'm crossing
Sources told Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Iraq that the Israeli occupation is responsible for the air aggression that targeted a fuel tanker convoy at the al-Qai'm crossing between Iraq and Syria.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Baghdad reported on Wednesday that air raids targeted Syrian territory after a convoy of fuel tankers left Iraq for Syria.

Field sources confirmed to Al Mayadeen that, "the Israeli occupation is behind the drone attack on the al-Qa'im border crossing [between Iraq and Syria]," noting that, "the drones targeted two fuel tankers and no human losses were confirmed."
A US official denied involvement in the air aggression targeting the area.

It's noteworthy that an air aggression targetingthe border crossing took place in September 2021 and targeted two cars, without resulting in casualties.
The United States also denied that it had carried out the attack.
The leader of Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq, Qais Khazali, stated at the time that "Israel" was responsible for attacking locations that belong to the Popular Mobilization Forces in the area.
