Al-Quds Brigades denies one of its leaders being martyred in Quneitra
The Al-Quds Brigades denies reports of one of its leaders being martyred in a car shelled in Syria.
The Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) denied what is being reported regarding the martyrdom of one of the Brigades' leaders inside a car shelled in Quneitra, south of Syria.
The Brigades said in a statement on Saturday that it denies media reports of a rocket striking a car in Quneitra, Syria, and stressed that this news is nothing more than a fabrication, adding that the name being used in reports is completely false.
The Israeli occupation had fired rockets on the Quneitra region on Wednesday according to SANA.
The last Israeli attack on Syria took place on April 27, in which Israeli aircraft fired rocket volleys at the Damascus countryside, killing four Syrian soldiers and injuring three others.
