Al-Sanadid forces will not fight Syrian army: Source to Al Mayadeen
A source close to Al-Sanadid Forces says the group was established to fight the armed terrorist groups from ISIS and Al-Nusra Front.
A close source to Al-Sanadid Forces leadership confirmed to Al Mayadeen that the group's forces will not participate in any campaign targeting the Syrian army and its allies in Deir Ezzor and its countryside.
The source explained that Al-Sanadid Forces were established to fight armed terrorist groups from ISIS and Al-Nusra Front, pointing out that the group informed the leadership of the so-called "Syrian Democratic Forces" and the US-led coalition of its decision.
The source also ruled out an imminent battle on the banks of the Euphrates River.
The source accused biased media of distorting the image of Al-Sanadid and implicating it in projects and plans of which the group's leadership is not aware, calling on the media to exercise accuracy and caution.
Elsewhere, the source told Al Mayadeen that Al-Sanadid forces maintain their positions within the tasks assigned to them in fighting ISIS in order to prevent the terrorist organization from returning to the region and protect Syrian people across eastern Syria.
A couple of days ago, Al Mayadeen sources reported that military reinforcements from Al-Sanadid Forces and the so-called "Army of Revolutionaries" arrived in the vicinity of the Conoco base and the villages of the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
