Algeria on Land Day
The Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad put out a statement on March 30, in commemoration of Palestine Land Day, explaining that the Algerian people commemorate Land Day every year, saying that it highlights the Palestinians' attachment and sacrifice for the sake of their land.
It added that 48 years ago from March 30, 2024, the Palestinian people stood up against the brutal decision of Israeli occupation authorities to seize their land as part of its reckless expansionist policies through bullets and terrorism ever since it occupied Palestine martyring and injuring dozens of Palestinians.
