Amir-Abdollahian to meet Lavrov in Moscow
Russia and Iran's Foreign Ministers will meet today in Moscow to discuss bilateral economic ties and the JCPOA.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will meet today with his Iranian counterpart who is in Moscow, as part of the first visit of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi to Russia, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova told reporters.
Zakharova added that the two foreign ministers will meet to conduct talks to discuss multiple aspects of economic cooperation, and the execution of important bilateral projects.
The Spokesperson also said that the two are expected to exchange views on a number of international subjects, especially the Vienna talks aiming to revive the JCPOA.
Iranian oil minister: Important agreements with Russian companies
Iranian Oil Minister Javad Owgi said on Thursday that Iran has signed important agreements with a number of important Russian companies.
Owgi, who is accompanying President Ebrahim Raisi on his visit to Russia, told IRNA that he has had fruitful meetings with Russia’s energy minister and deputy prime minister.

He said that good agreements were reached with Russian companies in the field of energy cooperation in order to develop Iran's oil and gas fields.
I can say the effects [of the agreements] will soon be witnessed in the field of energy, he said, adding that all the objectives will be realized, considering the serious will and determination of Iranian and Russian sides.
