Brexit minister resigns from Boris Johnson's cabinet
David Frost, cabinet member for the British parliament and trusted ally of PM Boris Johnson, resigns over “disillusionment” with the ways governmental policies have been acting out.
David Frost, who led Brexit negotiations under Prime Minister Boris Johnson, has resigned from the British government, according to The Mail.
The British ex-Cabinet Minister owed his resignation to “disillusionment” with the ways governmental policies have been acting out, according to a government source.
Frost, though a trusted ally to Johnson, according to an unnamed source, opposed Johnson’s latest coronavirus restrictions, focus on net-zero climate targets and tax hikes.
Due to Johnson’s latest coronavirus restrictions, the British government faces the dissatisfaction of 100 of the members of parliament, also losing 23,000 majority seats in a by-election.
The deputy leader of the main opposition Labor party Angela Rayner said that the resignation demonstrated “a government in total chaos right when the country faces an uncertain few weeks".
A Government in total chaos right when the country faces an uncertain few weeks. @BorisJohnson isn't up to the job.

We deserve better than this buffoonery. https://t.co/Hj8ln49Mgh
She tweeted, "Boris Johnson isn't up to the job. We deserve better than this buffoonery."
Layla Moran, the spokeswoman for foreign affairs for Liberal Democrats, said, "The rats are fleeing Boris Johnson's sinking ship as he lurches from crisis to crisis. Even the Prime Minister's once-loyal supporters are now abandoning him."
Johnson’s loss of the by-elections poses a challenge to the leadership of his Conservative party, and Frost’s resignation emphasizes it further.
