The number of Palestinians killed since the start of the Israeli aggression on Gaza on October 7 has risen to 37,164 and those injured to 84,832, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip confirmed on Tuesday.

In its daily report, the Health Ministry mentioned that the Israeli occupation forces committed three massacres within 24 hours only, killing 40 Palestinians and injuring 120 others.

It noted that several victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them.

On the 249th day of aggression on Gaza, numerous regions across the Strip, namely in the city of Rafah and its southern periphery, are currently experiencing relentless artillery barrages and aerial bombardments.

Tragically, amid these assaults, two farmers were martyred and another suffered injuries due to the deliberate targeting by occupation drones while the farmers tended to their agricultural lands west of Rafah.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported casualties among Palestinians resulting from direct fire by Israeli vehicles targeting the tents of displaced people on the outskirts of the city of Rafah.
