Araghchi: Iran adopted a constructive approach in its engagement to ensure the European Union and the E3 fully honored their commitments and lifted all sanctions.
Araghchi: After a year of Iran’s full compliance with the agreement, it began implementing gradual, proportionate, and reversible compensatory steps in accordance with its recognized rights under the deal.
Araghchi: Iran demonstrated the utmost restraint in the face of repeated and fundamental violations and made extensive efforts to restore balance and preserve the agreement.
In his letter, Araghchi stated: The E3 failed to fulfill their obligations and instead imposed additional illegal sanctions on Iranian individuals and institutions.
Araghchi: These coercive measures constituted a grave violation of international law and the UN Charter, causing severe disruption in the implementation of the agreement.
Araghchi: Washington initially refrained from fulfilling its commitments, then withdrew from the agreement, reimposed its illegal and unilateral sanctions, and even expanded them.
Araghchi: UN Security Council Resolution 2231 has expired and fully ceased to be in effect as of today, in accordance with its explicit provisions.

Day 307 of Israeli aggression on Gaza: 39,699 killed, 91,722 injured

Israeli occupation forces have carried out four massacres in Gaza which killed and wounded dozens of innocent civilians.

On day 307 of the Israeli genocide in the Gaza Strip, Israeli occupation forces committed four massacres against the people of Palestine, killing 22 and injuring 77 others in 24 hours.

This brings the total number of Palestinians killed in the Israeli aggression on Gaza since October 7 to 39,699, in addition to 91,722 injuries, according to the daily report released by the Gaza Ministry of Health.

While some were transported to barely functioning hospitals, many victims remain trapped beneath the rubble with rescue crews being unable to reach them.

Israeli genocide is ongoing

The Gaza Strip is experiencing widespread devastation, with reports of multiple massacres occurring across various provinces.

The Civil Defense in Gaza announced that 15 were martyred and several others were wounded, in critical condition, as a result of Israeli shelling of the schools of Abdul Fattah Hamoud and al-Zahraa schools in Gaza City

Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that injuries have been transferred to Nasser Medical Complex following an Israeli airstrike on a home in Khan Younis, located in the southern Gaza Strip.

Invading Israeli forces have reportedly demolished a residential block in the Shabura refugee camp near the al-Farouk Mosque in central Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, as per our correspondent. An Israeli drone has targeted the area surrounding the Islamic Complex in the Sabra neighborhood, south of Gaza City.

Our correspondent reported that the death toll from the Israeli bombing of a residential block in the al-Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip rose to 12.

Six people were killed and several others were injured in an Israeli strike on a house in al-Bureij camp in the central Gaza Strip, as per our correspondent.

He added that two individuals have reportedly been killed following an Israeli airstrike near the Kuwait Roundabout in the al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast Gaza City.

Earlier today, an explosion was reported in Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip, and a heavy Israeli airstrike targeted the northern area of Rafah.

It is worth noting that our correspondent warned that the humanitarian conditions in Gaza are deteriorating rapidly, with reports of increasing deaths from hunger or thirst due to the ongoing Israeli blockade and relentless bombing.
