El Salvador marks 3rd anniversary of martyrs Soleimani, Al-Muhandis
This comes on the same day mass rallies were observed across Iran on Tuesday to honor General Soleimani’s martyrdom anniversary in his hometown, the city of Kerman.
El Salvador marks the third anniversary of the assassination of Iran’s martyr General Qassem Soleimani at the hands of the United States.
The capital, San Salvador, witnessed people gather in Palestine Square on Tuesday to honor General Soleimani, who was murdered in 2020 by a US raid. Demonstrators carried Palestinian flags alongside Iranian flags and held photos of the commander up high while burning Israeli flags.
This comes on the same day mass rallies were observed across Iran and Lebanon to honor General Soleimani’s martyrdom anniversary. His hometown, the city of Kerman, held open arms for the people that gathered to pay tribute to him as his daughter, Zeinab Soleimani, addressed the crowd.

Day of revenge
Just yesterday, Major General Baqeri said in light of the anniversary: “Revenge against the masterminds and perpetrators of General Soleimani’s assassination will never be removed from the agenda of the youths of the Muslim world and his devotees across the world,” adding that those who authorized his assassination will live their "disgraceful lives in fear of the day of revenge."
As reported by Press TV, Baqeri stated that those who had committed their "evil plot" thought that they eliminated the “biggest obstacle in the way of their arrogant and expansionist goals in the geography of the Muslim world.”
However, the Chief reaffirmed that the enemy was mistaken and that the martyrdom of the “hero of resistance” paved the way for freedom-seekers to continue his path.
The commander of the 43rd Brigade of the Popular Mobilization Forces, Abu Sadiq Al-Agaili, yesterday called for the relevant authorities to put together a comprehensive legal case to take to all "international forums to prosecute the perpetrators of the assassination of [Soleimani and Al-Muhandis]."
"The PMF includes people from the various Iraqi walks of life, and it is very cautious about building Iraq," Al-Agaili stressed. "[The PMF] will continue working with the relevant state apparatus on hunting down ISIS remnants."
West tries its best to conceal its crime
On January 3, 2020, the US carried out a drone strike authorized by former US president Donald Trump targeting a car carrying the commander of the Quds Force of the IRGC General Qassem Soleimani, and his Iraqi trench-mate and the second-in-command of Iraqi PMU (Popular Mobilization Units), Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis.
Martyr Soleimani was on an official visit to Iraq and was transported in a car with Martyr al-Muhandis from Baghdad's International Airport upon his arrival before being assassinated by the US.
Days after his martyrdom, the anti-terror icon’s body was transferred to Iran and was laid to rest in his hometown of Kerman. On Saturday, the head of the special committee in charge of the case, Abbas-Ali Kadkhodaei, confirmed Iran is in the final stages of releasing an official indictment on the murder of IRGC's Quds Force Commander.
The US, as it does business, as usual, has attempted to block the legal case prosecution. Iran's Foreign Minister, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, noted that "unfortunately, both the Americans and some other western countries are creating obstacles in the way of judiciary procedure, but the Islamic Republic of Iran, too, is not hand-tied."
