In a statement on his official Facebook page, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi welcomed the recent ceasefire agreement in Gaza.
"I welcome the agreement to ceasefire in the Gaza Strip after tireless efforts spanning more than a year, mediated by Egypt, Qatar, and the United States," El-Sisi wrote.
