Exclusive: Hamas official says coming operations to be unprecedented
Hamas official Mushir Al-Masri tells Al Mayadeen "the enemy is shielded by some Arab regimes to continue committing their crimes."
The Israeli occupation is provided cover from several Arab regimes to commit crimes against the Palestinian people, Hamas official Mushir Al-Masri told Al Mayadeen on Saturday, noting that "Tel Aviv" had tried to derail the Palestinians off their pivotal causes, but failed.
"The martyrs are evidence of the unison in occupied Palestine, and the resistance is no longer a geographic phenomenon," Al-Masri said. The coming Palestinian operations will be greater than their predecessors, and "the occupation must not test us," he added.
According to the top Hamas official, the resistance is assessing the situation in occupied Palestine, and "their fingers are on the trigger", i.e., they are ready to escalate the situation if that is what it takes to respond to the Israeli provocations.
The Palestinian people and their actions are pivotal to resisting the Israeli occupation, he stressed, underlining that the Israeli occupation's aspirations of the Palestinian people faltering have failed.
"Today, every action will be met with a reaction, and the enemy will bear the repercussions of this escalation," Al-Masri said, warning the Israeli occupation of upholding the ongoing series of assassinations, as "the resistance will not stand idle."
Responding to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan condemning the latest series of Palestinian operations against the Israeli occupation and describing them as "terrorist", Al-Masri stressed that Hamas rejected any condemnations of acts of resistance.
Regarding several Arab regimes normalizing ties with the Israeli occupation, Al-Masri called on all leaders rushing to "Tel Aviv" to rethink where they are going. "Some of them supporting the Israeli occupation will bring shame to their people, and our resistance is righteous and practicing its rights."
The Israeli occupation forces murdered on Saturday dawn three Palestinian resistance fighters in Jenin, the occupied West Bank, and they were mourned by Palestinian Islamic Jihad's armed wing, Al-Quds Brigades.
Palestinian media reported that the Israeli occupation forces prohibited the Palestinian Red Crescent from reaching the scene, and the IOF later told local media they had no intention of handing over their bodies to their families.
