Israeli authorities have launched an extensive security operation after multiple explosive devices were discovered in buses across different locations, sparking panic in Tel Aviv and surrounding areas, media reports revealed.
According to the Israeli police, three buses have exploded, but no injuries were reported. "There is a state of panic in Tel Aviv," the police stated, adding that all buses were halted for inspection.

Israeli media reported additional threats, with Israel Hayom claiming that another explosive device was found in a bus in Holon, south of Tel Aviv. Meanwhile, Channel 12 reported that two undetonated bombs were discovered at separate locations, with security sources stating that each device weighed up to five kilograms.

The situation prompted immediate measures, including a directive from Transportation Minister Miri Regev to halt all train services in Bat Yam. The Israeli military radio also instructed all bus drivers in the area to stop their vehicles, open the doors, and conduct security checks.
Reports suggest that the attacks were part of a broader operation. Reportedly, security sources told Israel Hayom that 15 buses were set to explode in the Gush Dan region, along with five Feda'i bombings on the light rail system.

In response to the escalating threats, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is set to hold emergency security consultations within the hour, followed by a high-level security meeting tomorrow at 2:00 pm. Authorities have also intensified security patrols in Holon, with Mayor Moti Sasson urging residents to remain vigilant.
