Five injured during IOF Tulkarm storming amid fierce resistance
Palestinian Resistance fighters confront Israeli occupation forces that stormed the Tulkarm camp and targeted them with heavy and direct gunfire.
Five Palestinians were injured by Israeli gunfire as Israeli occupation forces stormed on Sunday the city and refugee camp of Tulkarm in the occupied West Bank.
Local sources reported that a large force of the occupation army suddenly stormed the city of Tulkarm, amid heavy gunfire, and surrounded the camp from all directions.
The occupation forces deployed snipers on the rooftops of houses and indistinctly opened fire on Palestinian citizens. The Israeli occupation also called for additional military reinforcements toward the city and camp of Tulkarm, and confrontations erupted between Resistance fighters and occupation forces in the vicinity of Martyr Thabet Thabet Hospital.
Palestinian Resistance fighters confronted the occupation forces and their vehicles that stormed the camp and targeted them with heavy and direct gunfire, ambushing the raiding forces and detonating a number of improvised explosive devices (IEDs) on more than one front.

On its part, Al-Quds Brigades - Tulkarm Brigade announced that its Resistance fighters were able to target Israeli occupation forces on a number of fronts in the vicinity of the camp with successive salvoes of bullets and explosive devices.
Local sources reported that violent confrontations took place during the raid, as Resistance fighters targeted Israeli occupation snipers stationed on the rooftops of houses in the vicinity of Tulkarm camp.
Occupation forces withdrew from Tulkarm camp under heavy gunfire from Resistance fighters who thwarted the Israeli storming, which lasted for about three hours.
Last week, four Palestinians were injured after Israeli occupation forces stormed the Tulkarm governorate and its camp in the northern occupied West Bank, which led to the outbreak of confrontations with Resistance fighters. During the raid, two Palestinian youths were injured after being run over by an occupation vehicle.
