Former Israeli minister warns: already in middle of a civil war
While the threat of a civil war looms over the occupation, former Shin Bet coordinator Gonen Ben Itzhak threatens Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu with publishing his medical information and striking his way of life.
Former Israeli Minister of Internal Security Avigdor Kahalani said that "Israel" is "in a civil war," noting that "the use of war symbols" exacerbates the conflict.
In an interview with Israeli media, Kahlani touched on the tank being towed during the demonstrations, by former soldiers that fought the October 6 war back in 1973, in the face of what he considered a "legal revolution."
"There is a deep inner feeling that we, the fighters, have the right to the state, and we want to preserve it." Kahlani noted, adding "We are in a civil war, we are already in the middle of the war even though we have not yet opened fire - the use of symbols of war intensifies the struggle between us, we must not legitimize it."
It is worth noting that Israeli demonstrators stole a "British armored vehicle" a few days ago to demonstrate against the policies of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Threatening Netanyahu's lifestyle
At the same time, former Shin Bet coordinator Gonen Ben Itzhak threatened to release medical information about Netanyahu.
Ben Itzhak, in a tweet directed to Netanyahu, warned, "The coup d'état you are promoting will harm our lifestyles and our privacy. Your privacy and lifestyles will also be affected, as proven in the last few days." the former coordinator also added "We will track and publish information, including medical information, from testicle to pupil if you know what I mean, and you do."
According to former Shin Bet chief Yoram Cohen, "The division is deepening, and only Netanyahu has the tools to stop this, and if he does not have the tools, he should be allowed to do so."
Enemies of 'Israel' happy with internal division: Israeli media
Israeli media has been for days discussing Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan's speech that he made last Thursday, during which he emphasized to the United States that pushing Lebanon to chaos would lead to chaos all over the region, most notably within the US protégé of "Israel".
"It seems that our enemies are rubbing their hands in anticipation and hoping that civil war breaks out in Israel," Israeli Channel 12 said while commenting on Sayyed Nasrallah's speech.
The Hezbollah chief's statement is "extremely rare", saying: "When the Secretary-General of Hezbollah cites President Isaac Herzog, that is an indication that his words are rare."
