Gaza Endowments urges world to break siege 'before it's too late'
The Ministry emphasizes the necessity of urging regimes and governments to fulfill their religious duties in supporting Palestine and Gaza through all available means.
The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs in Gaza called for individuals, from their positions, authorities, specialties, and capabilities, to exert maximum effort to aid the people of Gaza and support the sanctity of al-Quds "before it's too late."
In a letter addressed to scholars, students of knowledge, and preachers across the Islamic world, the Ministry urged to "double efforts, awaken the ummah, and mobilize the youth of Islam for jihad using all available means, each according to their ability and capacity" during the month of Ramadan.
The Ministry called on scholars and preachers to stand firm on the borders of Palestine in neighboring countries, as well as within its borders, urging all, young and old, men and women, to work together to break the siege on Gaza and liberate it from the grip of the Israeli occupation.
Furthermore, the Ministry emphasized the necessity of urging regimes and governments to fulfill their religious duties in supporting Palestine and Gaza through all available means of power, stressing the importance of confronting normalization with the Israeli entity and calling for its economic, cultural, and media boycott through all available channels.
It also highlighted the importance of launching youth and community initiatives to raise awareness about Palestinian rights and defend them, as well as to highlight the extent of the destruction caused by the Israeli aggression on individuals, mosques, homes, and public and private facilities.
The Ministry stressed the importance of mobilizing minds, funds, and energies to send medical, relief, and media convoys to the Gaza Strip, supporting reconstruction efforts, and striving to provide various needs and compensate for the destruction caused by the aggression.
In its letter, the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs in Gaza emphasized the importance of achieving legitimate solidarity among Muslims, adopting the Palestinian narrative in the true justifications for the outbreak of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, and rejecting the Israeli misleading narrative that attempts to blame legitimate resistance against an enemy that has occupied Palestinian land for over 70 years.
